Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) up to €80k + inflation bonus

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) for our client, with a salary up to €80k + inflation bonus.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do it all: they’re the roadway, the storage space, and the foundation. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well a building works and how long it lasts.

Our client’s expertise in industrial flooring ensures long-term stability and performance. By working closely with other departments like geotechnics and special foundation engineering, they create fully integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to develop the perfect design concept for the floor slab.
• Keep the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. You’ll also make sure the internal consulting quality stays top-notch.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from different planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar) and a solid understanding of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You enjoy working across different fields (like foundation engineering or logistics tech) and naturally think outside the box.
• Strong Communicator: You’re a team player with great communication skills and the ability to provide expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in dimensioning industrial floors and know your way around the relevant regulations.
• Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken German and a professional way of expressing yourself.
