How you can impress us: You have a degree in engineering or technology, or a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification.

You have professional experience in MEP planning and integration planning.

You win us over with extensive, long-term experience as a planner, site supervisor, or project controller, especially on complex large-scale projects.

You have experience with tendering and awarding construction and planning services, along with the associated anti-claim management.

You show a high level of responsibility and resilience.

You have a strong ability to independently handle complex issues and problem-solving.

You impress us with your knowledge of technical regulations (DIN, EN, VdS) and other current technical standards.

You know your way around procurement law (VOB, VOL, HOAI, AHO, SektVO).

You’ll handle the leadership and supervision of specialist planning and site management during the design and construction phases (HOAI phases 1–8).

You’ll monitor the implementation of the design regarding content, required quality, and set costs and deadlines.

You’ll independently carry out on-site construction supervision and, if necessary, other HOAI phases, specifically for technical systems (ALG) 1, 2, and 3.

You’ll ensure that deadline, cost, and quality targets are met.

You’ll be in constant technical coordination with internal and external project stakeholders.

You’ll take independent charge of project documentation and project controlling.

You’ll take care of quality management for technical equipment planning (ALG 1, 2, and 3), technical review of design documents, schematics, calculations, descriptions, and bills of quantities from third parties and specialists (including spot checks of quantity take-offs).

You’ll oversee cost management for the relevant cost groups at the third level of DIN 276 Part 1 (KG 410/420/430).

You’ll handle schedule management, technical invoice verification, and legally binding acceptance of third-party services.

You’ll make key project decisions in a timely manner.

You’ll assist with reporting and the preparation of reports and presentations.

You’ll provide specialist support to project leads of other trades within the project.

You’ll help maintain the project filing system and the overall construction file.
