Your tasks:

• Managing interior finishing projects from start to finish (calculation, prep, execution, billing)
• Handling time and cost planning as well as project monitoring in the Hamburg / Northern Germany area
• Serving as the go-to person for suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Creating service specifications and contracts
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets are met

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification
• Experience in drywall and turnkey interior finishing
• A good grasp of business basics and very good German skills
• Solid experience with modern software/IT tools
• A confident manner and strong communication/presentation skills
• Great organizational talent, self-motivation, and a team-player attitude
