We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. 13th-month salary + up to €80k.

Concrete floor slabs in industrial construction handle several key jobs at once: they act as the roadway, storage space, and foundation. Throughout a building's life, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well an industrial facility functions and lasts.

The expertise in the Civil and Environmental Engineering department (Industrial Flooring division) helps ensure the long-term stability and functionality of these structures. By working closely with other departments like Geotechnics and Special Foundations, we create integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support our Sales Managers across Germany by advising customers on all things related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: By checking and evaluating technical and economic requirements, you’ll develop the right execution concept for the floor slab.
• Keep the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and the bidding process. You’ll also ensure the high quality of our internal consulting services.
• Live Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You’ll coordinate closely with colleagues from various departments in Integrated Planning and our branch offices—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• (Professional) Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification, plus broad technical knowledge of how industrial floors are built and used. You genuinely enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer is King: You already have practical experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining networks.
• Creative and Interdisciplinary Approach: You like working creatively and cooperatively across different fields (like foundation engineering or warehouse and conveyor technology)—thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Strong Communicator and Team Player: You win people over with your communication skills, your ability to work in a team, and your expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in designing industrial floors and are already well-versed in the extensive industry regulations.
• You have very good German skills (written and spoken) and a confident, professional way of expressing yourself.
