Our client is an innovative design firm in the Munich area specializing in formwork and reinforcement planning for construction projects across Germany and Europe. The team of 20—made up of civil engineers, drafters, apprentices, and working students—handles 💡 150 projects for over 80 clients every year.

• Coordinating all project workflows with clear tasks and responsibilities
• Keeping an eye on deadlines, regulations, and guidelines while spotting risks early
• Motivating your team through positive and respectful communication
• Working closely with project partners and stakeholders to keep things running smoothly

👤 What you bring to the table

• A degree in civil engineering or a similar background as a CAD designer
• Experience as a team or project lead in the construction industry
• Tech-savvy with standard software and good German skills
• Team spirit, empathy, and a proactive, big-picture mindset
