We’re looking for a Team Lead Civil Engineer (m/f/d) for Structural Engineering on behalf of our client – small team!

The team consists of 20 civil engineers, draftsmen, apprentices, and working students – specializing in formwork and reinforcement planning for construction projects across Germany and Europe.

🔧 Your tasks

• You’ll coordinate all project workflows with clear task and responsibility assignments
• You’ll keep an eye on time management, requirements, and guidelines, spotting risks early on
• You’ll motivate your team through appreciative communication
• You’ll work closely with project participants and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly

👤 Your profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar background as a CAD Designer
• Professional experience as a Team or Project Lead in the construction industry
• Proficient with standard PC programs and good German skills
• You’re a team player with empathy, vision, and a proactive mindset
