We’re looking for a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering and Road Construction in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm on behalf of our client.

They’ve established themselves as a solid, medium-sized construction firm serving Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, handling projects in civil engineering, road construction, structural engineering, and track/railway construction. Our client is a powerhouse when it comes to pulling off large-scale projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll start off by helping out with project billing and construction documentation.
• Working with the team, you’ll learn how to organize site workflows, including creating construction schedules and planning equipment and staff assignments.
• You’ll be guided through checking construction drawings and making sure any necessary corrections get made.
• You’ll assist with site inspections and get to see the other side of things during the warranty phase.
• Our client’s site management leads both the skilled tradespeople and subcontractors—you’ll jump in to support them and grow into this leadership role.

What you bring to the table:

• You’ve got a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
• Ideally, you’ve already had a taste of civil engineering or road construction through internships, working student roles, or your thesis.
• You’re great with MS Office and are eager to learn new software and IT tools.
• You have a valid Class B driver’s license.
• Your biggest strengths are taking initiative, being committed to the job, and being a great team player.
