Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering & Road Construction

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering/Road Construction on behalf of our client.

Our client is a top player in the construction industry, handling civil engineering, roadwork, structural engineering, and track/rail projects across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. They need a hand at their location in the Nuremberg metro area. Sound like a good fit? Come join a dedicated team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting up the workflow for civil engineering and road construction sites—this includes things like scheduling and planning equipment and staff.
• Checking construction drawings and making sure any necessary corrections get made.
• Handling the billing for construction services and keeping up with documentation. You’ll also put together monthly performance reports and cost comparisons.
• Managing inspections, looking after projects during the warranty phase (including fixing any defects), and helping out with change orders.
• Leading and coordinating both in-house crews and subcontractors.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in civil engineering or road construction.
• Solid MS Office skills and a willingness to learn new software (billing/calculation programs). If you’ve used RIB iTWO before, that’s a big plus.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.
• A proactive mindset, plenty of commitment, and great teamwork skills.
