Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering/Road Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm for one of our clients. They’re a leading construction firm that’s passionate about building infrastructure and connecting people. As a solid, medium-sized company operating across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, they handle everything from roadworks and civil engineering to track and railway construction. Here’s where you come in: You’ll be running the show on civil engineering and road construction sites, which includes setting up schedules and planning out equipment and staffing. You’ll check the construction drawings and call for tweaks whenever necessary. You’ll also handle the billing for construction services and keep all the documentation up to date, while putting together monthly performance reports and cost comparisons. You’ll lead site inspections, look after projects during the warranty phase (including fixing any snags), and help out with managing and pushing through supplementary claims. Plus, you’ll be the one coordinating and leading the site crews and subcontractors.

What you bring to the table: You’ve got a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) in Civil Engineering and several years of experience in road construction or civil engineering. You’re a pro with MS Office and are always keen to learn new software (billing/calculation programs)—ideally, you’ve already used RIB iTWO. You have a valid Class B driver’s license. On top of that, you’re a self-starter, motivated, and a great team player.
