Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Hersbruck

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for civil engineering and road construction in Hersbruck on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll organize the workflow on civil engineering and road construction sites, including creating construction schedules and planning equipment and staff deployment.
• You’ll check construction drawings and make sure any necessary corrections get done.
• You’re responsible for timely billing and ongoing documentation, plus you’ll handle monthly performance reports and budget-vs-actual cost comparisons.
• You’ll handle site inspections, look after projects during the warranty phase (including fixing any defects), and help manage and push through any contract amendments.
• You’ll coordinate and lead our own crew as well as our subcontractors.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
• Several years of experience in civil engineering and road construction.
• Great MS Office skills and a real willingness to learn new software (billing/calculation programs)—ideally, you’ve already worked with RIB iTWO.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.
• You’re a self-starter, motivated, and a great team player.
