Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering for projects in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm on behalf of our client.

As a medium-sized company established in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, they handle everything from civil engineering and road construction to structural engineering and railway projects. What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll organize the workflow on civil engineering sites, including creating construction schedules and planning equipment and staff deployment.
• You’ll review construction drawings and make sure any necessary corrections are handled.
• You’ll be responsible for timely billing and project documentation, as well as creating monthly performance reports and cost-benefit analyses.
• You’ll handle site inspections, look after projects during the warranty phase (including fixing any defects), and help manage and push through supplementary claims.
• You’ll coordinate and lead both our in-house crew and external subcontractors.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
• Several years of experience in the field, specifically in structural/civil engineering (bridge building).
• Solid MS Office skills and a willingness to learn new software (billing/calculation programs)—ideally, you’ve worked with RIB iTWO before.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.
• You’re a self-starter, motivated, and a great team player.
