Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering for projects in Hersbruck on behalf of our client.

Here’s where your skills come in:

• You’ll organize the workflow on civil engineering sites, which includes things like setting up construction schedules and planning equipment and staff deployment.
• You’ll check the construction drawings and arrange for any necessary corrections.
• You’re responsible for the timely billing of construction services and ongoing documentation; you’ll also handle monthly performance reports and cost comparisons (target vs. actual).
• You’ll lead inspections, oversee projects during the warranty phase (including fixing any defects), and help with creating and pushing through supplementary claims.
• You’ll coordinate and lead our own industrial staff as well as our subcontractors.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
• You have several years of professional experience in the tasks mentioned above within civil engineering (specifically bridge construction).
• You’re great with MS Office and eager to learn new software (billing/calculation programs)—ideally, you’ve already worked with RIB iTWO.
• You have a valid Class B driver’s license.
• Working independently, staying committed, and being a team player are your strongest soft skills.
