Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) up to €80k + inflation bonus

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) for our client, with a salary up to €80k + inflation bonus.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do it all: they’re the roadway, the storage space, and the foundation. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well a building works and how long it lasts.

The expertise in our Civil and Environmental Engineering department (Industrial Flooring division) helps ensure these structures stay stable and functional for the long haul. By working closely with other teams like Geotechnics and Special Foundations, we create all-in-one solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to come up with the perfect design concept for the floor slab.
• Keep the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and the awarding process. You’ll also make sure our internal consulting stays top-notch.
• Live Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You’ll work closely and as a partner with colleagues from different planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• (Work) Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering or something similar, plus broad knowledge of how industrial floors are built and used—and you actually enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have hands-on experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining networks.
• Creative and Collaborative Style: You like working creatively across different fields (like foundation engineering or warehouse tech)—thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Strong Communicator and Team Player: You’re a great communicator, a team player, and know how to give expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in designing industrial floors and are already well-versed in the various regulations.
• You have excellent German skills (written and spoken) and a professional way of expressing yourself.
