Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) 2 days remote work up to €80k

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) for one of our clients. The role offers up to €80k and 2 days of remote work per week.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do it all: they’re the roadway, the storage space, and the foundation. Over a building's lifespan, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well a facility functions and lasts.

The expertise within the Civil and Environmental Engineering department (Industrial Flooring division) helps ensure the long-term stability and functionality of our client's projects. By working closely with other teams like Geotechnics and Special Foundations, we create integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support sales managers across Germany, advising them on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to come up with the perfect execution plan for floor slabs.
• Keep an Eye on the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. You’ll be the one ensuring top-tier quality in our client's internal consulting.
• Live Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You’ll coordinate closely with colleagues from various planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar) and a solid understanding of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you actually enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some experience in consulting or sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You like working across different fields—like foundation engineering or logistics technology—and thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Great Communicator: You’re a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to provide expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in dimensioning industrial floors and know your way around the relevant regulations.
• Language Skills: You have excellent written and spoken German and a professional way of expressing yourself.
