Civil Engineer / Specialist Planner (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) for one of our clients. The gig offers 2 days of remote work and a salary range between €50,000 and €80,000.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting: they act as the roadway, storage space, and foundation all at once. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well a building functions and how long it lasts.

Your expertise in Civil and Environmental Engineering (specifically industrial flooring) will help ensure these structures stay stable and functional for the long haul. By working closely with other departments like geotechnics and special foundation engineering, you’ll help create integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support our Sales Managers across Germany by advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to come up with the perfect execution plan for the floor slab.
• Keep an Eye on the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and the awarding process. You’ll also make sure the internal consulting quality stays top-notch.
• Live Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You’ll coordinate closely with colleagues from different planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• (Work) Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering or something similar, plus solid knowledge of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some practical experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You like working across different fields (like foundation engineering or logistics technology)—thinking outside the box is just how you roll.
• Strong Communicator and Team Player: You’re great at talking to people, work well in a team, and know how to give expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience designing industrial floors and are already familiar with the relevant regulations.
• You speak and write great German and have a professional way of expressing yourself.
