We’re looking for a Civil Engineer to join our client’s team as a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Structural Engineering.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating all project workflows with clear tasks and responsibilities
• Keeping an eye on deadlines, requirements, and guidelines while spotting risks early on
• Motivating your team through positive and respectful communication
• Working closely with project partners and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly

👤 What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar background as a CAD Designer
• Professional experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in the construction industry
• Tech-savvy with standard PC programs and good German skills
• Team spirit, empathy, and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset
