Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering in Schwabach

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for structural engineering in Schwabach on behalf of our client.

Our client is a top player in the construction industry, headquartered in Schwabach (Nuremberg metro area) with extra offices in Hersbruck, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, and Stuttgart. Since starting out in 2019, they’ve established themselves as a solid medium-sized construction firm serving Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. They handle everything from civil engineering and roadworks to structural engineering and railway construction, making them a go-to partner for major projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll organize the workflow on structural engineering sites, which includes setting up construction schedules and planning out equipment and staff.
• You’ll check the construction drawings and make sure any necessary fixes get done.
• You’ll handle the billing for construction services and keep up with the documentation as the project goes. Plus, you’ll put together monthly performance reports and cost comparisons.
• You’ll lead inspections, look after projects during the warranty phase (including fixing any defects), and help out with managing and pushing through change orders.
• You’ll coordinate and lead the site crews and subcontractors.

What you bring to the table:

• You’ve got a degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
• You have several years of experience in structural engineering (specifically bridge building).
• You’re a pro with MS Office and are eager to learn new software (billing/calculation programs)—ideally, you’ve already worked with RIB iTWO.
• You have a valid Class B driver’s license.
• You’re a self-starter, motivated, and a great team player.
