Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) Infrastructure Projects

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Infrastructure Construction on behalf of our client. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 🏗️

🛠️ Handling site management for our civil engineering/road construction, structural/bridge construction, or railway/track construction departments 🗂️ Setting up the site organization and checking construction drawings 💰 Taking charge of timely billing for construction services and keeping up with project documentation 📊 Creating monthly performance reports and cost comparisons (target vs. actual), plus managing and pushing through any contract amendments ✔️ Handling handovers and looking after projects during the warranty phase, including fixing any defects 👥 Coordinating and leading assigned site crews and subcontractors

Your Profile 🧑‍🎓 🎓 A degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Civil Engineering 👷 We’re looking for Civil Engineers (m/f/d) with some initial experience, as well as Site Managers (m/f/d) with solid experience in infrastructure 💻 Proficient with MS Office; experience with billing/costing software is a plus (or at least a willingness to learn the programs we use) 🚗 A valid Class B driver’s license 💪 A proactive mindset, commitment, and great teamwork skills
