Project Manager - Structural Engineering / Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Project Manager in Structural Engineering / Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing

• Take the lead: You’ll manage and guide the site management teams for mostly regional turnkey projects—ranging from residential and office buildings to industrial and commercial sites. You’ll handle everything from procurement planning and leading your own crew and subcontractors to the final handover to the client.
• Be the go-to person: You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and everyone else involved in the project.
• Share your knowledge: You’ll help the team improve processes (like BIM) and play a key role in mentoring our junior staff.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a similar qualification as a technician.
• Several years of experience in site management for turnkey projects, ideally using agile methods like Lean Construction.
• A valid driver’s license (Class B).
• Flexibility, commitment, a sense of responsibility, and great communication and teamwork skills.
• An independent, goal-oriented way of working.
