We’re looking for a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Schwabach on behalf of our client. Our client is a top player in the construction industry, handling projects in civil engineering, road construction, structural engineering, and track/railway construction across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll start off by helping with billing for construction services and keeping up with project documentation.
• Working with the team, you’ll learn how to organize site workflows, including creating schedules and planning out equipment and staff.
• You’ll be introduced to checking construction drawings and making sure any necessary corrections get made.
• You’ll assist with final inspections and get to see how things work from a different perspective during the warranty phase.
• The site management team leads the site crews and subcontractors—you’ll get to jump in, help out, and grow into this role.

What you bring to the table:

• You’ve got a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
• Ideally, you’ve already had a taste of civil engineering or road construction through internships, working student roles, or your thesis.
• You’re great with MS Office and are always eager to learn new software.
• You have a valid Class B driver’s license.
• You’re a self-starter, motivated, and a real team player.
