Site Manager - Concrete Repair (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager for Concrete Repair (m/f/d) on behalf of our client in Schwäbisch Hall.

Your Tasks:

• Focus on founding, building, and growing your own branch as an "entrepreneur within the company."
• Take charge of leading and developing your team, both technically and personally.
• Handle the acquisition, preparation, and execution of projects while sticking to regulations and quality standards.
• Keep an eye on your department’s key figures and use them to boost profitability.
• Report to the Branch Manager, run your department responsibly, and secure your position in the regional market.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree or master’s certificate in painting, masonry, engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Solid experience in cost accounting and project estimation.
• A goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on customer service.
• High levels of commitment, resilience, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
• A strong eye for quality and a diligent way of working.
• Total reliability, loyalty, and discretion.
