Site Manager - Concrete Repair (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager for Concrete Repair (m/f/d) on behalf of our client in Crailsheim.

Your Job:

• Your goal is to found, build up, and grow your own branch as an "entrepreneur within the company."
• You’ll take the lead on managing and developing your team, both professionally and personally.
• You’ll handle sales, prep, and project management for your contracts, making sure everything meets regulations and quality standards.
• You’ll keep an eye on your department’s key numbers and use them to boost profitability.
• You’ll report to the Branch Manager, run your department responsibly, and secure your spot in the local market.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A degree or master’s certificate in painting, masonry, engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Solid experience in cost accounting and project estimation.
