Site Manager - Concrete Repair (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager for Concrete Repair (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Your Tasks:

• Your goal is to found, build, and develop your own location as an "entrepreneur within the company."
• You’ll take over the professional and disciplinary leadership and development of your team.
• You’ll handle the acquisition, preparation, and execution of orders while sticking to relevant regulations and quality standards.
• You know your department’s key figures and use them to come up with measures to boost profitability.
• You’ll report to the branch manager, run your department responsibly, and secure the regional market position.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree or master’s certificate as a Master Painter, Master Mason, Technician, or Civil Engineer.
• You have extensive knowledge in cost accounting and estimation.
• You have a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on customer service.
• Above-average commitment, resilience, enthusiasm, and team spirit.
• A strong sense of quality and a conscientious way of working.
• A very high level of confidentiality, reliability, and loyalty.
