Your Project
Iceland is famous for its raw natural power, and that’s exactly where we’re building the future underground. We’re looking for you to join one of our challenging tunneling projects in Iceland as a Site Manager or Civil Engineer. You’ll take charge of the tech, the timeline, and the quality, making sure complex construction processes run smoothly even under extraordinary conditions.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage construction execution on-site • Coordinate staff, machinery, and subcontractors • Keep an eye on quality, deadlines, costs, and safety • Help optimize technical and financial aspects of the project • Document construction progress
What You Bring to the Table
• A degree in Civil Engineering or something similar • Several years of experience in tunneling or special civil engineering • Proactive attitude, leadership skills, and intercultural savvy • Good English skills; basic Icelandic is a plus • Ready for a long-term stint abroad and working in an international team
