What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager for Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Your tasks: 📋 Organizing and managing challenging civil engineering and road construction projects, mainly in the Stuttgart city area 🔧 Coordinating and supervising everyone involved, including specialist firms, suppliers, and subcontractors 📈 Taking charge of the budget, schedule, and quality of the projects 📝 Handling measurements, billing, cost calculations, and site documentation 🏗️ Organizing the construction site regarding all contractual and technical matters 🤝 Communicating with clients and site supervisors
Your profile: 🎓 Site Manager/Technician/Master Craftsman/Civil Engineer with experience in construction operations or civil engineering 🛠️ Professional experience in site management 🤝 A team player with great organizational skills and a professional manner 🚘 Class B driver’s license 🔥 An independent, committed way of working with a high sense of responsibility
