Tasks at Geiger

• Implementing the planned construction and shaping/managing the workflow of timber construction projects, including regional projects for exciting timber structures
• Responsible leadership / guidance of your own team on the construction site
• Compliance with occupational safety regulations and monitoring environmental rules
• Independent quality and deadline control of the work performed
• Collaboration with project management on documentation and processing

What we're looking for

• Completed vocational training as a wood mechanic (m/f/d), joiner (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d) or in a similar field
• Professional experience in woodworking / timber construction or further training as a foreman/technician (m/f/d)
• Technical understanding of construction plans and execution details as well as manual skills
• Experience in construction site logistics and process control
• Team-oriented way of working as well as quality awareness, initiative, commitment, and flexibility
• Openness to new things and commitment to helping shape our new business area
