Service / Field Service Technician (m/f/d) Wood Systems Construction

We’re looking for a Service / Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) for Timber System Construction on behalf of our client.

Start date: Immediately Level: Specialist Hours: Full-time Unit: Timber System Construction

Your tasks:

• Planning and carrying out service and customer calls in coordination with project management
• Maintenance and repair work on custom timber projects like residential homes, public buildings, commercial properties, and similar
• Handling touch-ups and warranty claims
• Quality control and documentation of your service visits

What we’re looking for:

• Completed vocational training as a joiner, carpenter, wood mechanic, or something similar
• Several years of experience in a similar role is a plus
• Technical know-how and hands-on skills
• A Class B driver’s license
• Willingness to travel (mostly across Southern Germany)
• Team spirit, flexibility, and an eye for quality
• An independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
