Your tasks:

• Working in a team to assemble our eco-friendly, prefabricated timber modules into turnkey buildings
• Helping out with custom timber projects like residential homes, public buildings, and commercial properties with a high level of pre-fab
• Installing flooring and doors at module joints
• Fine-tuning doors and windows
• Fitting roof cladding
• Handling finishing touches on-site
• Doing quality checks and documentation based on company guidelines
• Taking care of touch-ups, servicing, or warranty work

What we’re looking for:

• A completed apprenticeship as a joiner, carpenter, wood mechanic, or something similar
• Experience in woodworking or timber module construction
• Career changers with a handy background and a love for working with wood are also welcome
• Technical savvy and manual skills
• Willingness to travel (mostly across Southern Germany)
• A Class B driver’s license is a plus
• An independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
• Team spirit, flexibility, and an eye for quality
• Enthusiasm for helping shape our new business area
