Service Technician (m/f/d) - Day Shift

We’re looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) for the day shift on behalf of our client.

Then keep reading—this job is about more than just a routine. As a Service Technician for our client, you’ll make sure our modular room solutions work perfectly—on-site at the customer’s location, throughout the entire rental period, and beyond.

Your mission with us:

• Tech, service, and taking ownership are your top priorities.
• You’ll fix issues with room units quickly and professionally, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
• You’ll check the system for service and maintenance dates, prep for your jobs, and make sure everything runs smoothly on-site.
• You’ll handle regular maintenance independently—whether it’s legally required or specifically agreed upon with the customer.
• You’ll document your work carefully in the ERP system so everything stays transparent and easy to track.
• You’ll clear up technical questions with the customer service team—either during briefings or directly with the client.
• You’ll focus on finding practical solutions and results, not excuses.

What you bring to the table:

• You’ve completed vocational training in a technical or trade field, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or metalworking.
• Ideally, you have an additional qualification as an electrician for specific tasks (IHK).
• Experience in customer service or field work is a plus—you know how to handle direct customer contact and always keep it professional.
• You’re comfortable using MS Office, modern communication tools, and ideally ERP systems like Navision or Salesforce.
• You have a strong technical mindset, a willingness to learn, and a structured way of working.
• You’re very confident communicating in German; English skills are a bonus.
