Service Technician (m/f/d) - Leipzig Area

We’re looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) for one of our clients in the Leipzig area.

The Job

• You’ll handle repairs, service calls, and setups, usually within a 200 km radius of where you live. No need to worry about staying overnight most of the time.
• You’ll write up work reports and logs for your assignments.
• You’ll be responsible for the technical side of customer service visits.
• You’ll provide technical support, advice, and training for other service techs.
• You’ll also help out the office support team via phone and email from your home office.
• Managing spare parts and looking after a small inventory is also part of the gig.

Your Profile

• You’ve completed training in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics—Master or Technician levels are also very welcome.
• We’re open to career starters who have just finished their training in these fields.
• Ideally, you have some experience in customer service and dealing with clients.
• Experience with HVAC (ventilation/air conditioning) is a plus.
• You’ve got great communication skills.
• You’re a people person with strong social skills.
• You must have at least a Class B driver’s license.
