Service Technician (m/f/d) - Greater Berlin Area

We’re looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) in the Berlin area on behalf of our client.

The Job

• You’ll handle repairs, service calls, and setups, usually within about 200 km of where you live. Overnight stays aren't typically needed.
• You’ll write up work reports and logs for your visits.
• You’re responsible for the technical side of customer service jobs.
• You’ll provide technical support, advice, and training for other service techs.
• You’ll also help out the office support team via phone and email from your home office.
• Managing spare parts and a small inventory is also part of the gig.

Your Profile

• You’ve completed training in electrical work, electronics, or mechatronics—Master or Technician levels are also very welcome.
• We’re open to career starters who have just finished their training in these fields.
• Ideally, you have some experience in customer service and dealing with clients.
• Experience with HVAC (ventilation/air conditioning) is a plus.
• You’ve got great communication skills.
• You’re a people person with strong social skills.
• At a minimum, you need a Class B driver’s license.
