Construction Manager for Renovation Projects (m/f/d) starting at €4,500 / month

We’re looking for a Master Builder to join our client’s team as a Site Manager for renovation projects, starting at €4,500/month.

Full-time · Construction sites in Austria & Switzerland Home base: Within 30 km of Hallein (Tennengau, southern Flachgau, Salzburg City, or nearby German border towns)

Your tasks

• Independently managing and organizing construction sites in Austria and Switzerland
• Scheduling, coordinating, and leading our internal site team
• Coordinating and managing external professionals and subcontractors
• On-site supervision (ÖBA) of internal and external work, including schedule, quality, and cost control
• Ensuring all regulations, standards, and safety protocols are met
• Communicating with clients, authorities, planners, and suppliers
• Handling official paperwork (submissions, notifications, building permits)
• Documenting progress and writing reports
• Helping out with tenders, awarding contracts, and prep work
• Taking part in site meetings, inspections, and handovers

What you bring to the table

• A degree or qualification in construction technology (HTL structural engineering, Master Builder, Civil Engineering, etc.) or equivalent knowledge through solid work experience
• Several years of experience in site management—ideally in renovations/remodeling
• Solid knowledge of Austrian building laws; familiarity with Swiss regulations is a plus
• An independent, forward-thinking, and responsible way of working
• A confident manner when dealing with specialist companies, authorities, and owners
• A Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel
• Primary residence within roughly 30 km of Hallein
