Civil Engineer / Turnkey Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) with Company Car

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer to join our client’s team as a Turnkey Construction Site Manager (m/f/d), complete with a company car.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for someone to start on January 1st, 2026 as a:

Civil Engineer / Site Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Leading construction sites, including coordinating all on-site companies and technical partners.
• Technical supervision of the specialized subcontractors involved.
• Taking the lead on procurement, contract, and change-order negotiations with subcontractors.
• Handling billing according to VOB standards, plus checking and approving invoices.
• Monitoring structural execution according to stability certificates.
• Creating and keeping an eye on the project schedule.
• Taking measurements in collaboration with the executing companies.
• Defect management during and after construction, including documenting warranty periods.
• Acquiring new projects in the Hamburg region and surrounding areas.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the tasks mentioned above.
• Leadership experience and strong negotiation skills.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confidence using standard tendering software and MS Office.
• Excellent German skills (C2 level), both written and spoken.
