MEP Project Manager (m/f/d) 4.5-day week

We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Technical Building Services (TGA) on behalf of our client. The role is for projects across Germany, starting as soon as possible, and is a permanent, full-time position.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll take full ownership of managing our projects from start to finish:

• Estimating and calculating costs during the bidding phase based on functional specs and design drawings.
• Handling technical coordination and meetings with clients, architects, authorities, and specialist planners.
• Leading and attending regular "Jour-Fixe" meetings on-site.
• Managing high-end turnkey modular construction projects within the TGA sector.
• Coordinating tenders and awarding contracts to subcontractors.
• Handling contract and price negotiations with subcontractors.
• Coordinating and quality-checking work done in the factory and on-site.
• Leading both internal and external specialist planners.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree or a Master/Technician qualification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical engineering.
• Several years of hands-on experience in planning and tendering for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Deep expertise in your specific field.
• Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Experience in tendering and awarding subcontractor services.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• An independent, structured way of working and the ability to pick things up quickly.
