Project Manager for Modular Construction (m/f/d) – 4.5-day week

We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for modular construction on behalf of our client. The role is full-time, permanent, and starts as soon as possible for projects across Germany.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll take full ownership of managing our projects from start to finish:

• Leading high-end turnkey projects using modular construction methods.
• Coordinating tenders and awarding contracts to subcontractors.
• Handling contract and price negotiations with subcontractors.
• Coordinating and monitoring performance both in the factory and on-site.
• Managing internal and external specialist planners.
• Taking responsibility for results and cost control.
• Serving as the main point of contact for the client.

What you bring to the table: You have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on construction (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Alternatively, you’re a certified technician or have equivalent experience.

We’re also happy to talk if you have a solid background in construction training combined with relevant experience. Ideally, you have several years of hands-on experience in construction and project management, including:

• Tendering and awarding subcontractor services.
• Knowledge of contract law (especially work and services contracts).
• Experience in leading people.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• An independent and structured way of working.
• The ability to pick up new things quickly.
• A team-player mindset where initiative leads to shared success and a desire to keep growing professionally.
