What you will do with us
We've been an innovative, owner-managed company in the field of technical building equipment in Bremen for many years. With our team, we're one of the largest specialist companies in the region. We're looking to strengthen our team in plant construction and customer service.
Your tasks in Customer Service (Office):
- Responsible for receiving and scheduling customer appointments, especially for troubleshooting and repairs in the areas of plumbing, heating, and ventilation
- Preparing work for execution (including creating quotes, material disposition, and billing)
- Maintaining the customer base, diligent project/deployment documentation with the PDS software
- Leading and motivating your own staff
- Participating in on-call service (about one week every two months)
Here's how you have a good chance:
- Industry knowledge in plumbing, heating, ventilation. Practical experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and the specified trades
- Good comprehension and service orientation
- Confident with computers, ideally experienced with PDS software
