Job Description

• You will have personnel responsibility for our project managers who coordinate our electricians at the Berlin-Dahlewitz location.
• You are responsible for the photovoltaic construction, the electrical pre-work for heat pumps, and the service operations for our existing customers.
• You analyze and optimize processes to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• You coordinate with network operators and find individual solutions for technical special cases.
• You are responsible for structured stakeholder management and work closely with other departments.
• You promote the professional and personal development of your employees.

Qualifications

• You have completed training in electrical engineering.
• You have completed further training as a master craftsman in electrical engineering or further training as an industrial foreman, including a TREI certificate.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the construction field and have already gained some leadership experience.
• You have experience coordinating with network operators and ideally have prior knowledge in the field of photovoltaics and heat pumps.
• You impress with a hands-on mentality and navigate confidently in dynamic structures.
• You have good German language skills; additional language skills are a plus.
