Area: Berlin/Brandenburg
Employment: Full-time · on-site (no remote) · full travel readiness
Pay: €3,800 – €4,800 gross/month + expenses
Your Mission
The heating transition doesn't happen at a desk – it happens on the construction site. That's exactly where you come in: As a mobile instructor, you teach our installation teams how to install heat pumps professionally, safely, and with consistently high quality. You're the multiplier who makes sure climate-friendly heating reaches the masses.
Your Tasks
- Hands-on training: You run training sessions directly on the construction site and teach how to properly install heat pumps – hands-on instead of theoretical.
- Supporting teams: You support new installation teams during their first projects and guide them until they can work independently and safely after a short time.
- Ensuring quality: You check that our quality and safety standards are met on-site and give constructive, development-oriented feedback.
- Developing content: You work closely with our technical departments and central training coordination to keep training content up to date with current requirements.
- Being on the road: You're regularly on the move in your area and actively help bring our mission to life.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in HVAC (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) – mandatory
- Solid experience with heating systems and especially heat pumps
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- You enjoy passing on knowledge and have a good way with people
- Good German skills
- Class B driver's license
- Full travel readiness (5 days/week)
