Electrician Instructor (m/f/d) – Enpal Academy
Location: Enpal Academy, Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 12, 15827 Blankenfelde-Mahlow (on-site, no remote) Employment: Full-time · permanent Pay: €3,500 – €4,000 gross/month
Your Mission
Every solar system, every storage unit, and every wallbox is only as good as the team that installs it. That's exactly where you come in: As an instructor at our Enpal Academy, you'll get new electricians and electrical helpers ready for customer jobs. You'll make sure the Enpal standard reaches every team, bringing the energy transition to thousands of roofs.
Your Tasks
- Training groups: You'll lead group training sessions for our electricians and electrical helpers, keeping it practical and easy to understand.
- Onboarding newbies: You'll ensure a structured and hands-on induction for our new colleagues.
- Targeted development: You'll plan and carry out development measures so our teams keep growing professionally.
- Improving formats: You'll constantly develop existing training formats to maintain the Enpal standard.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an electrician – **mandatory**
- More than 3 years of experience in energy and building technology
- Class B driver's license – **mandatory**
- Respectful communication and a confident way of handling a dynamic environment
- Initial experience with PV systems and heat pumps is a plus
