What you will do with us
Your Tasks
- You conduct hands-on training at Enpal's Craft Academy in Berlin-Dahlewitz, teaching our installation teams the proper installation of heat pumps.
- You assess the work in terms of quality, safety, and expertise, and provide the installers with specific suggestions for improvement.
- You work closely with our technical departments and central training coordination to continuously improve training content and adapt it to current requirements.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed HVAC training
- Experience with heating systems and heat pumps
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Good German language skills
- Passion for craftsmanship and a team player
