What you will do with us
We’re looking for an Industrial Metal Master/Foreman (m/f/d) for our client in Hannover.
Your Tasks
- Keeping an eye on all production processes in your area
- Coordinating the flow of materials
- Checking that everything is assembled correctly and completely
- Overseeing welding work and doing visual checks throughout the whole process
- Measuring finished components using both analog and digital tools
- Organizing workflows and constantly improving how the team works
- Tweaking and optimizing assembly production while things are running
- Making sure all legal, company, safety, and environmental rules are followed
Your Profile
- You’re a certified Master Metalworker, a state-certified Metal Technician, or have something similar under your belt
- Extra points if you’re a certified Welding Technician or Specialist
- Several years of experience, ideally in heavy steel construction
- You know your way around production and logistics
- Great organizational skills and a good eye for costs
- Solid skills in MS Office and maybe some CAD experience
