Metal Foreman (m/f/d) in Hanover

For our company Stahlbau Engineering GmbH, we're looking for an Industrial Master Metalworker (m/f/d) at our Hanover location as soon as possible:

Your tasks • Making sure all production processes in your area are running smoothly and keeping an eye on them • Coordinating the flow of materials • Checking that everything is put together correctly and completely • Overseeing welding work and doing visual checks throughout the whole production process • Checking the dimensions of finished assemblies using analog and digital tools • Organizing workflows and constantly improving how the team works • Tweaking assembly production while work is ongoing to make it better • Making sure all legal and company rules are followed, including safety and environmental guidelines

Your profile • Completed training or further education as a Master Metalworker, state-certified technician in the metal field (m/f/d), or something similar • Extra qualification as a welding technician or welding specialist (m/f/d) is a plus • Several years of work experience, ideally in heavy steel construction • Knowledge of how production and logistics work • Good organizational skills and a strong eye for costs • Comfortable using all standard MS Office programs and maybe CAD
