To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) in Switchgear Construction for a permanent, full-time position.

The Tasks

• You take responsibility for coordinating production orders in the field of low-voltage and power distribution and ensure a smooth and timely process.
• You lead and develop the workshop team of 4 employees, promoting professional growth and motivating your staff.
• You oversee the professional assembly of switchgear according to planning and ensure the highest quality standards.
• You create measurements and act as a competent contact person for customers from electrical installation and building technology.
• You plan and optimize the use of machines, tools, and team resources.
• You continuously design and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.

The Requirements

• You have training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field.
• You bring experience in manufacturing, ideally in switchgear construction.
• You have proven skills in organizing, motivating, and leading a team.
• You have sound knowledge in interpreting technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German.

The Offer Compensation package and security:

• You can expect a 13th-month salary.

Predictable working hours and vacation:

• 40 hours per week from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Working hours until 1:30 PM on Fridays.
• Flexible working hours via a time account.
• 30 vacation days per year based on a 5-day week.
