Workshop Manager (m/f/d) Switchgear Construction Berlin-Treptow

Your Tasks

• Production Coordination: You'll be responsible for coordinating production orders in the low-voltage and power distribution area according to IEC 61439, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Technical Implementation: You'll oversee the proper assembly and wiring of control cabinets according to drawings, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Customer Interaction: You'll create measurements and be a competent contact for customers in electrical installation and building technology.
• Team Leadership: You'll lead and develop the workshop team of 6 employees, promoting professional development and motivating your team.
• Resource Management: You'll plan and optimally use machines, tools, and team resources.
• Process Optimization: You'll continuously design and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Your Requirements

• You have training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field.
• You have proven skills in organizing, motivating, and leading a team.
• You bring manufacturing experience, ideally in control cabinet construction.
• You have solid knowledge in interpreting technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
