Foreman (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll lead and manage construction crews on your own
- You'll help out with work prep
- Handling material and staff scheduling is also part of your job
- You'll coordinate and keep an eye on subcontractors and suppliers
- Plus, you're in charge of documentation, monitoring, and making sure process management and safety rules are followed
What we're looking for
- A finished trade apprenticeship in construction with an interest in training to become a foreman or site supervisor (m/f/d)
- Work experience in civil engineering
- A knack for organizing, assertiveness, and leadership skills
