Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) – Switchgear Construction

At our location in Berlin-Treptow, we work closely together in a small team of 9 colleagues. To take even better care of our customers and develop new projects, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) full-time who combines technical understanding with customer focus and guides our projects from the first inquiry to implementation. Your tasks with us: * You look after our new and existing customers throughout the entire sales process – from the initial inquiry and technical consulting to project completion. * Together with the customer, you develop technical solutions and translate requirements into concepts for main building and low-voltage sub-distributions. * You advise electrical installation and building technology companies on our switchgear solutions – especially regarding main distributors in the pre-meter area, low-voltage, switchgear, and control systems with PLC and KNX devices, as well as main building and IT network distributors. * You create and calculate quotes based on plans, technical requirements, and customer data and follow them through to a successful close. * You support projects during implementation and ensure compliance with technical and economic requirements. * You work closely with the management and the workshop. * You identify new project potential with existing customers and sustainably expand existing customer relationships. What you bring to the table: * Completed qualification in electrical engineering, e.g., journeyman with relevant professional experience in switchgear construction, Master Electrician, or a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification. * Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as a communicative and reliable manner in technical consulting. * Structured, independent, and responsible way of working. * Class B driver's license (desirable). * Very good German skills (at least C1 level) in speaking and writing. What you can look forward to: * Compensation package and security: you can expect a 13th month's salary as well as a company pension scheme. * Predictable working hours and vacation: We usually work 40 hours a week from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays until 1:30 PM. You can flexibly manage your working hours via a time account.
