What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're in charge of handling multiple projects.
- You provide technical advice and support to our clients.
- In your role, you're responsible for work preparation (organizing the construction site setup, collaborating with the purchasing department, creating logistics manuals/implementing logistics concepts).
- You monitor and control quality, costs, and deadlines.
- Additionally, you're involved in billing for the services provided.
- You're responsible for supplementary calculations and management.
- You hold internal and external meetings.
- Moreover, you're responsible for team leadership and personnel planning for the projects.
- As a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of construction logistics, you represent the project staffing for logistics management.
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in construction-related fields (architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (TU/FH/BA), or similar), alternatively a state-certified construction technician with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in handling large construction projects, including work preparation.
- Technical and operational understanding of work and logistics processes in construction.
- Confident demeanor and negotiation skills when dealing with clients and subcontractors, as well as the necessary service mindset in customer management.
- Strong cost awareness.
- High level of initiative, commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and team-oriented work style.
- Willingness to implement IT applications.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
