Wahl ElektroTechnik GmbH, part of the Wahl Group, has been providing high-quality electrical and building technology solutions since 2004. We focus on planning, manufacturing, and installing electrical systems in the public sector – from schools and administrative buildings to complex existing and new constructions. Besides classic electrical engineering, we also implement modern security and information technology, including fire alarm systems (BMA), burglar alarm systems (EMA), and smart lighting systems for building services engineering (TGA) projects.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering to independently manage our electrical projects – from the bidding phase through project execution to successful handover to the customer.

The Tasks

• You'll take charge of leading and managing our electrical engineering projects independently: from the bidding phase to successful handover.
• You'll ensure projects are handled on time, within budget, and at high quality, keeping an eye on resources and construction progress at all times.
• You'll coordinate material procurement and lead your projects to success on-site together with your team and subcontractors.
• You'll manage all project stakeholders and handle coordination between customers, specialist planners, and internal teams.
• You'll actively support the projects during implementation and help the site management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You'll monitor the financial development of your projects and be responsible for ongoing cost control and meeting project goals.

The Requirements

• Degree as a Master Electrician, Technician, or Graduate Engineer is a plus
• Experience in project management for construction projects and site teams
• Experience as a project manager on new builds and renovations
• Business knowledge and solid electrical engineering know-how
• Confident handling of VOB (German construction contract procedures) as well as warranty and contract law

• Pay & Security: You can expect a collectively agreed annual gross salary including vacation and special bonuses. On top of that, we offer company health insurance, the option for a "JobRad" (bike leasing), and a childcare subsidy. Mobile work is possible by arrangement.
• Working Hours & Vacation: We usually work 40 hours a week from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and until 1:30 PM on Fridays. With a 5-day week, you get 30 days of vacation.
