Wahl ElektroTechnik GmbH, part of the Wahl Group, has been providing high-quality electrical and building technology solutions since 2004. We focus on planning, manufacturing, and installing electrical systems in the public sector – from schools and administrative buildings to complex existing and new constructions. Besides classic electrical engineering, we also implement modern security and information technology, including fire alarm systems (BMA), burglar alarm systems (EMA), and smart lighting systems for construction projects in technical building equipment (TGA).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering, ideally with a background as a master electrician, technician, or graduate engineer, who will manage our projects independently – from the bidding phase through project execution to successful handover to the customer.

The Tasks

• You take on the independent management and control of our electrical engineering projects: from the bidding phase to successful handover to the customer.
• You ensure project execution is on time, on budget, and meets quality standards, keeping an eye on budget, resources, and construction progress at all times.
• You coordinate material planning and lead your projects to success on-site together with your team and subcontractors.
• You manage all project participants and handle interface coordination between customers, specialist planners, and internal teams.
• You actively support the projects during implementation and assist the site management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You monitor the financial development of your projects and are responsible for ongoing cost control and meeting project goals.

The Requirements

• Degree as a master electrician, technician, or graduate engineer is a plus
• Experience in project management for construction projects and site teams
• Experience as a project manager on new builds and renovations
• Business knowledge and solid know-how in electrical engineering
• Confident handling of VOB (German construction contract procedures) as well as warranty and contract law
• Good German language skills (C1 level)

Working Hours & Vacation:

• 40 hours per week, usually from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Work until 1:30 PM on Fridays
