What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll make sure the quality is top-notch for these parts of the construction logistics: supply logistics, space management, material logistics, waste and cleaning logistics including defect management, site setup coordination, and personnel logistics.
- You'll be on-site as the go-to person for the site management, the subcontractors you're coordinating, and anyone else on the project who needs the logistics services.
- Plus, you'll keep an eye on work safety for your own tasks on the construction site.
- You'll make sure everyone sticks to the rules in the construction logistics manual, flag any extra costs for additional work outside the original contract early on, and keep the documentation for the work done totally complete.
- You'll use process-oriented logistics software.
- As a logistics coordinator (m/f/d), you'll walk the site regularly and track any issues with order and cleanliness.
What we're looking for
- Ideally, you have solid experience in construction logistics or as a foreman (m/f/d) in main or finishing trades, a logistics/supply services foreman (m/f/d) with the right training, or a completed apprenticeship in a trade.
- You're open to using specific IT tools, like MS Office and our own construction logistics software.
- Having a forklift license is a plus.
